This anti-aircraft battery launches twin-pronged missiles when popped open but mangles the ordnance when fired in the prone position. This anti-aircraft system launches twin-pronged missiles when propped open, but the ammunition gets mangled when fired in the prone position.

Did you like the Glitz pit? Shame you won't be seeing something that cool here! How about the mysterious Ice Palace in the original game? Well we don't have that here. Like the quirky and interesting partner characters you had in Thousand Year Door?

We don't have that here, have a talking crown sticker that follows you around and overuses the word "hipster. Like the combat and RPG mechanics of previous games? Here's the combat without any incentive to actually engage enemies! What about the RPG elements?

Maybe I'm being too hard on the game, but I just didn't like it. I could forgive the lack of RPG elements if at least had interesting characters or locales, but it's lacking even that. I didn't even mention the complete and utter lack of direction in the game. If it's your first time in the series, give it a go. Then, even if you didn't like this game, give the other games a shot.

I guarantee you will like them more than Sticker Star. That's an honest review. I really wanted to like it, but after getting it for Christmas I still haven't progressed past word I think what killed it for me is the unavoidable combat scenes, like when you're just trying to get from point A to B for the 18th time and you get tagged by a bad guy.

It's like the cliff racers in Morrowwind all over again. Things I did like were discovering secret passages etc. Also available for the same price on Amazon. It was fun for a bit. But then, it just felt like work, seriously work not like, you know "fun". I got to the final boss and never finished because I didn't feel like going back and finding out what one special sticker would let me beat him. I had a lot of fun at first but it wasn't worth constantly needing to go back to find the one sticker that worked for a particular puzzle or boss fight.

What did you like about Paper Mario on the Wii? If it was the interesting characters, villains, dialogue, and levels, then no, you will not like Sticker Star. Go play The original and Thousand Year Door. It's a game that is really beneficial to play with a guide though which isn't what a game should be but it was still fun for me. I loved this Paper Mario. It has some issues like every game but I thought it was worth full price. This button opens a dialog that displays additional images for this product with the option to zoom in or out.

Use parental controls to restrict 3D mode for children 6 and under. My little girl loves this game is on it all day long. Paper Mario is back! Paper Mario has always been a great RPG series.

Sticker Star keeps the trend of being a fun RPG adventure and retains many of the old mechanics, the game also brings with it some caveats. You are given 4 directions to travel through levels, but most of them require beating the set of levels that come before it. As a result the game is mostly lateral with a little bit of toss up in secret paths.

Combat in Paper Mario: Sticker Star is great and still uses the button mashing for extra damage and dodging attacks, however you must use stickers to combat the enemy and many attacks only hit the first enemy in the line-up. That said, if you're good at timing your hits, you can easily get tons of coins to keep your sticker collection well stocked.

While this game is a lot more linear than some of the Paper Mario games of the past, the game is fun and full of some pretty great sticker attacks. I would definitely recommend Paper Mario: Sticker Star to any fan of the Paper Mario series.

To conclude this article, Paper Mario Sticker Star is a terrible Paper Mario game that tries to be too innovative in attempt to fix something no one ever thought was broken to begin with. At best, it's a decent game of it's own kind, but I find it hard to tell anyone to go out of their way to play it/5().
